How to Create an ATS-Friendly Resume
Build a readable, relevant resume without keyword stuffing or fragile formatting.
Start with conventional section headings such as Summary, Experience, Education, and Skills. Keep dates consistent and place important evidence in plain text.
Use the target job description to understand the employer’s language, then mirror relevant terms only where they truthfully describe your experience.
Prefer concise achievement bullets over dense paragraphs. Quantify impact when the number is accurate and useful, and remove repeated statements that add no new evidence.
